Senior IT Project Manager- Fintech -Zurich

My client, a leading financial technology house based in Zurich, is currently looking for a talented IT Project Manager to join their team. They have been offering innovative software and SaaS solutions for investment and wealth management in the financial centers for over three decades.

In this role, you will join their dynamic Consulting team and be the key contact for their clients, including fund companies, banks, insurance firms, and asset managers. You'll provide comprehensive support for their flagship product.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead support initiatives for their product users
Manage implementation projects, including planning, controlling, and reporting
Advise clients on mapping options, solution variants, and new technical tasks throughout the asset management value chain (front, middle, and back office processes)
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients
Customize, test, analyze errors, and migrate data for their standard software

Skills and qualifications needed:

A completed university degree in business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
Several years of professional experience in the software industry and/or financial sector, with a focus on securities accounting and/or asset/portfolio management
Proven experience in consulting and managing software implementation projects, preferably with standard software in the banking or insurance industry
Experience as a project manager using both traditional and agile project methodologies
Strong customer and team orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanour, structured work approach, analytical thinking, and high quality standards
Fluency in both German and English
