Software Engineer

Overview

You will provide support for applications within the pre-production environment, ensuring the daily availability of all services for customers. You will also maintain the environment by applying the required code updates and patches.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

• University degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent professional experience
• Experience working with pre-production/testing environments
• Strong team spirit, open-mindedness, and adaptability
• Experience with Linux and NT environments
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL and/or MS SQL is an advantage
• Good knowledge of one or more of the following tools is a plus: GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, OpenShift, JBOSS, WebLogic
• Ability to work in a customer-facing role with strong service orientation and attention to detail
• Highly motivated and organised, able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Good command of English (written and spoken). Additional languages are an asset
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and proficiency with MS Office applications
