Advanced computer science degree (ETH/UNI/FH) with 5+ years' web development experience in React and/or .NET.
Proven team leadership with excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in all stages of product development, including conception, definition, and production.
Well-versed in software development, cloud technologies (Azure), and agile methodologies.
Fluent in both German and English.
