Quality Assurance Officer

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, ensuring excellence in software delivery while embracing diversity.

Quality Strategy and Execution

- Design and Develop: Craft innovative QA strategies covering both front-end and back-end applications and workflows.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide input on business requirements, usability, performance, and acceptance criteria.
- Test Case Generation: Create comprehensive high- and low-level test cases aligned with business needs using appropriate testing tools.
- Manual and Automated Testing: Execute functional and non-functional tests, maintaining specific quality levels.
- Test Data Preparation: Prepare relevant test data for efficient test execution.
- Quality Reporting: Document and report test execution results, identifying quality issues across various test environments.

Collaboration and Innovation

- Test Automation: Work closely with test automation engineers to design, develop, and maintain automated test cases.
- Automation Concepts: Contribute to defining test automation concepts for complex implementation and migration projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Organize and conduct demo sessions for business stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- POCs and Prototypes. Participate in proof-of-concept (POC) and prototype initiatives, exploring innovative solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our Quality Assurance procedures and strategies.

Team Collaboration

- Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Application Development teams.
- Inclusive Environment: Embrace diversity by valuing different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in designing and executing manual and automated test cases.
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with integration testing of system components.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent.
