UX/UI Designer, Belgium

Work within the PMIT team to design and support processes ordering of fixed products within the new IT stack.

Required Responsibilities:

The UX/UI Designer is responsible for the following tasks:
- Collaborate with business to define and develop prototypes
- Design and deliver open UI screens for sales journeys
- Design and deliver adaptations to existing flows to support EBU fixed products
- Work in close collaboration with the design team and the business analyst.
- Work on digital improvement based upon research tracks, analytics, verbatims.
- Participate in short and mid-term project efforts.
- Schedule basic presentation concepts.
- Design and conduct user's research.
- Identify potential usability issue.
- Convert research findings into actionable results.
- Stay on top of new trends in usability.
- Help maintain the UX research library, toolkit & design system.
- Develop end to end flow and create new components
- Work within the guidelines and technical constraints of the existing back-end systems

Degree & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Professional and relevant experience in UX/UI on large digital business projects in large companies.
- Previous relevant work experience as UX/UI Specialist.
- Experience in telecommunications sector is an asset.
- Experience in Agile process is an asset.


- Web content management tools, platforms, E-commerce and self-servicing solutions.
- Mastering of the Visual Design tools (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Sketch)
- HTML 5 & CSS3 understanding is a plus
- Responsive frameworks and their technical constraint
- CMS's (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal)
