We are expanding our business and with a new office in Prague, as well as our London, Frankfurt and Luxembourg offices. As part of thisexpansionwe are seeking an experienced and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to help with the increasing demand from our customers across Europe. This role will have a focus on France, Benelux and Switzerland and requires strong French language skills.
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for:
Developing new relationshipswith clients in France, Switzerlandand the Benelux region, with a focus on Technology and/or Risk & Compliance for the financial services sector.
Mapping out markets relevant to your area to develop new business opportunities.
Developing strong and lasting relationships with Candidates relevant to your client base.
Face to face meetings with your clients and candidates, virtually or in person when able to.
Becoming an expert in your market, a key person with a high profile – a go to for clients and candidates when they are recruiting / looking for a careermove.
Developing highly effective marketing content and approaches to build your market.
Expertise in using the tools available to be as effective as possible in your role – such asLinkedinRecruiter and our CRM.
We are looking for a proven background inrecruitment, in either Permanent or Contractor hiring. For this position French language skills are essential, and we would like to see evidence of client development in the IT or Financial sectors.
