Agile Coach

Location : Luxembourg

Duration : 6 months

Start date : 1st March 23

Responsibilities :

- Advises, mentors and coaches’ teams, balancing pragmatism with adherence to the agile ways of working and agile principles
- Proactively defines, develops and drives key enablers to support the teams to be high performing

- Establishes a culture of experimentation and continuous learning
- Actively shares feedback and proactive ideas for the OVS the organisation to continuously improve
- Develops and delivers agile enablement activities within the teams
- Supports the onboarding of new teams and the evolution and growth of existing teams
- Actively supports and develops the leadership and agile teams to reach their potential
- Helps agile teams and individuals to understand and practically adopt the agile ways of working
- Provides agile coaching across levels of the organisation both in terms of mindset and application

- Pragmatic approach to removing obstacles in a constructive way
- Contributes to the enhancements of agile including tools, techniques and ways of working

Required experience and skills :

• 5+ years of experience working in a scaled Agile environment in a coaching capacity
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), knowledge of German, French and other languages is an advantage

• Understanding of common Agile frameworks e.g. Agile at Scale, SAFe, Scrum Softskills
