Job Description – Quality Assurance (QA) Tester

Location: Luxembourg City
Sector: Financial Services
Working Model: On-site initially (training period), with potential for hybrid/homeworking (TBC)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our team within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in AML/KYC or payments environments, ensuring high-quality delivery of systems and processes in a regulated setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, particularly within AML/KYC frameworks
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and standards
• Contribute to test automation initiatives where applicable

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Analyst in the financial services sector
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC processes or payments systems
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and tools
• Experience working in Agile or similar environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice to Have

• French language skills (highly desirable due to team composition)
