Job Description – UAT Tester

Location: Luxembourg City
Sector: Financial Services
Working Model: On-site initially (training period), with potential for hybrid/homeworking (TBC)

Overview

We are looking for a UAT Tester to support business validation activities and ensure solutions meet user requirements before deployment. You will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria
• Prepare UAT test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements
• Execute tests and document results, ensuring traceability to requirements
• Identify and report defects, and support resolution with relevant teams
• Validate that delivered solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate UAT workshops and user feedback sessions

Requirements

• Experience in UAT testing within financial services
• Strong understanding of business processes and user workflows
• Ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• French language skills (strong asset due to team composition)
