AML/KYC Analysts (Client Migration)



Primary Responsibilities:


Investor Documentation Review:
• Thoroughly review and prepare investor documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with KYC requirements.
KYC File Review:
• Conduct a detailed review of KYC files, ensuring completeness and adherence to regulatory standards.
Status Reporting:
• Provide regular status updates to the project lead regarding the progress of the client migration, specifically focusing on KYC-related aspects.
Project Participation:
• Actively participate in project calls, contributing updates and insights related to KYC processes and data migration.
Point of Contact:
• Serve as the main point of contact for any KYC-related inquiries from the new provider, addressing questions and providing necessary information.

Experience and Skills:


Professional Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the KYC area, demonstrating a solid understanding of KYC processes.
Adaptability and Organization:
• Must be flexible, available, and well-organized, with the ability to efficiently manage tasks under pressure, especially in the context of a client migration project.
Language Proficiency:
• Fluent in English to effectively communicate with stakeholders and support a smooth migration process.
Communication Skills:
• Strong organizational and communication skills to convey KYC-related updates and respond to queries from various stakeholders.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, adaptability, and effective communication skills, as it involves coordinating and facilitating the KYC aspects of a client migration project. The ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment is crucial for ensuring the successful transition of KYC-related data to the new provider.
