Business Analyst- English and French Speaking
Your Mission:
Assess, question, and validate functional specifications derived from business requirements.
Translate client's business needs and objectives into design components, such as tree structures and interactions, or formal specifications.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to assist in articulating requirements through standard documentation, including User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
Develop functional specifications for the development team and design corresponding test cases.
Perform functional testing for new developments and conduct regression tests prior to production deployment.

Your Knowledge/Experience:
Hold a degree in Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent experience; a Master's degree is advantageous.
Familiarity with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and UML (Unified Modeling Language).
Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodology would be a valuable asset.
Proficiency in English and French
Ideally, candidates should possess 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst.
Prior experience in the banking or insurance sectors, particularly in investment funds, trade, retail banking, or wealth management, would be advantageous.
