  • Define Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) for non-T2S eligible securities.

  • Establish settlement combinations per country where direct T2S settlement is not permitted.

  • Create rules and procedures for realignment triggers (e.g., LACK, economic reasons), manual realignment, and automated realignment requirements.

System & Process Configuration

  • Configure systems to support alternative settlement links.

  • Define clear procedures for issue handling and escalation.

Project & Workflow Support

  • Provide day-to-day support across a portfolio including research, quantitative analysis, process, and project management.

  • Take ownership of project components, delivering clearly defined outputs.

  • Contribute actively to achieving the objectives of the initiative and related projects.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with cross-functional settlement teams.

  • Conduct workshops and coach team members.

  • Lead small teams within larger projects.

  • Learn from subject matter experts on settlement flows and realignment triggers.

Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years’ experience in operational areas such as Finance, Operations, or Business Support.

  • Participation in at least one project involving best practices in operational models.

  • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to manage tasks and deliverables independently.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.

  • Solid knowledge of settlement flows and T2S is highly desirable.
