Business Functional Analyst CRM with Salesforce experience
Location: Monaco (50% On-site)
Contract: 6 months (with possibility of extension)

Job Overview:
Our client, a global leader in consulting and professional services, is seeking a Business/Functional Analyst with expertise in CRM systems (specifically Salesforce) to join their dynamic team in Monaco.
The role requires a strong background in the banking industry and, ideally, knowledge of funds management. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced analyst to support key business initiatives while collaborating with a team of professionals. The position involves a hybrid working arrangement, with 50% of the time spent on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM System Expertise: Leverage advanced experience in Salesforce and, ideally, to analyse, design, and implement CRM solutions that align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
Business and Functional Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document functional and non-functional requirements, translating them into actionable system solutions.
Banking & Financial Services Focus: Provide subject matter expertise in banking processes, with an emphasis on CRM solutions within the financial services sector. Support the integration and optimization of banking products, particularly those related to funds and asset management.
Process Improvement: Identify and drive process enhancements by understanding current challenges and proposing efficient solutions that improve both user experience and operational workflows.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, business units, and project teams to ensure effective communication and seamless delivery of CRM solutions.
Key Qualifications
Experience in CRM Systems: Strong experience with Salesforce CRM is required, and Avaloq knowledge is highly desirable.
Banking Background: Proven experience in the banking industry is essential, with a deep understanding of banking processes, compliance, and financial products.
Funds Knowledge: Prior experience or understanding of funds management will be a strong asset.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM integration, business process re-engineering, and system optimization techniques.
Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory, as you will be working closely with French-speaking stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess business needs, analyse problems, and design solutions that address key challenges.
Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment and liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.
