Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant – Performance Management & Compensation

 

About the Role:

We are currently seeking two experienced Oracle HCM Implementation Consultants to join a leading organization in the financial services sector. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the design, configuration, and testing of the Oracle HCM Performance Management and Compensation modules.

These roles are on-site in Luxembourg 3 days per week, with the remaining days remote. Strong English communication skills (C1 level) are mandatory due to the international nature of the team and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Performance Management and Compensation modules.
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration and design specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis, define best-fit solutions, and guide decision-making for functional design.
  • Configure and customize the Oracle HCM modules to meet business needs.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and user adoption.
  • Provide functional documentation, including design documents, user guides, and training materials.
  • Support post-go-live activities including troubleshooting, enhancements, and knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security, audit, and data protection requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically:
    • Oracle HCM Performance Management
    • Oracle HCM Compensation
  • At least 3–5 years of hands-on configuration and implementation experience in Oracle HCM.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows within the financial services sector.
  • Experience with testing cycles, including test case creation and defect resolution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • English proficiency at C1 level is mandatory; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Eligible to work in Luxembourg and available for on-site work 3 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification in Performance and/or Compensation modules.
  • Experience with large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementations in the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with change management and end-user training approaches.
