Business Testing Analyst



The Company


Our client is a major entity in the financial services industry, known for its strong reputation and reliability.
As a global provider, they offer essential infrastructure and services to both international and various local markets, catering to clients in numerous countries.

Your Role


As a Business Testing Analyst, you will support day-to-day workflow across various activities, including company research, quantitative analysis, and process and project management. You will take ownership of specific parts of diverse projects, helping the organization achieve the intended outputs and outcomes of relevant initiatives and programs.

Key Responsibilities


Read and understand reference documents.
Prepare and prioritize Business Acceptance Criteria.
Perform end-to-end testing in cooperation with other testers.
Execute all scheduled test scenarios and open JIRAs in a timely manner.
Report progress daily.
Communicate with the Acceptance Officer/Coordinator and the test and verification team to facilitate test progress and issue resolution.
Act as a point of reference for your test scope.
Document work to prove the correct behaviour of the tested item.
Participate in Transition Testing.
Conduct workshops/meetings and coach people at the working level in large projects.
Lead a small team and deliver clearly defined work products.

What We’re Looking For


Typically 2-3 years of experience in a relevant operational area (CRM, Finance Operations, or Talent & Organization).
Experience in at least one project with best practices in operational models.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to build a network with project team members in Business and IT.
Independent working style.

Technical Skills


Good business knowledge and understanding of products and services in Settlement and Custody is a plus.
Experience as a tester and a sound understanding of project management practices is advantageous.
Good understanding of the SWIFT formats (15022, 20022).
