Compliance Officer

Compliance Officer / Location: Luxembourg / Salary: Up to 80K

A well-established company is looking for its new Compliance officer to complete its team. This management company offers asset management, accounting, risk management and domiciliation services for all types of investment funds. Located in Luxembourg, you will ensure that the company is complying with the laws, the rules and regulations applicable to the professionals of the financial sector in Luxembourg.
You will be part of an inspiring team of specialists within a growing organisation with high standards of service, and be responsible for all compliance related matters.

Compliance Officer – Main Tasks:

• Ensure the company’s activities are compliant with regulatory obligations

• Perform the due diligence on the clients (initial and ongoing) and the evaluation of the risk

• Review policies and procedures in accordance with relevant regulations

• Monitor the transactions and ensure the procedures are duly followed

• Provide the staff with training and information linked to Compliance

• Coordinate the Annual Review of proceduresProvide opinions on Compliance related queries as well as general administrative support

• Liaise with internal and external parties on Compliance activities and develop internal Compliance knowledge

Compliance Officer - Profile:

• You have a master’s degree in finance, law or any related field

• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Compliance and Fund industry in Luxembourg

• You have excellent knowledge of UCITS and AIFs

• You are fluent in English and French (any other language is a real asset)

• You are proactive and strongly committed with good communication skills
