About the Role

This role will play a key part in supporting the Credit & Market Risks Business Unit, particularly during the LUCA project, a major transformation of the bank’s accounting system.

You will handle day-to-day production activities, ensuring continuity and quality of risk monitoring processes, while enabling senior experts to focus on complex and high-value topics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support and backup for:
  • Credit Risk
  • Market Risk
  • Market Activities Monitoring
  • Clearing & Execution Risk
• Take ownership of routine production tasks, including:
  • Performing risk controls and checks
  • Producing and validating reports
• Support the LUCA project by:
  • Adapting existing risk monitoring tools to the new accounting system
  • Participating in IT-related activities, including:
    • EdB (data preparation/analysis)
    • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Attending and contributing to LUCA project workshops
• Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure smooth operational delivery during the transition period

Required Skills & Experience

• Background or strong interest in Credit Risk and/or Market Risk within a banking or financial services environment
• Experience with operational risk monitoring, controls, or reporting
• Comfortable working with systems, data, and structured processes
• Ability to manage routine tasks accurately and reliably in a production environment
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, supportive mindset
• Fluent English and French advantageous
