DealCloud Expert

 

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (On-site)
Duration: 6–9 months (minimum)

 

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced DealCloud Expert to support a critical initiative within our clients organization. The consultant will play a key role in optimizing DealCloud to align with business objectives, streamline deal management processes, and enhance reporting and stakeholder visibility. This is an on-site assignment based in Abu Dhabi.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management and business teams to understand strategic priorities and deal flow requirements.

  • Configure and optimize DealCloud to meet business needs, ensuring workflows, pipelines, and reporting dashboards are tailored for maximum efficiency.

  • Provide insights on best practices for using DealCloud to support relationship management, pipeline tracking, and performance analytics.

  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to business users, ensuring smooth adoption and ongoing usage.

  • Liaise between business stakeholders and any technical teams or third-party providers to ensure solutions are delivered effectively and on schedule.

  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements throughout the engagement.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven expertise with DealCloud in a business or deal management context (e.g., private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or financial services).

  • Strong understanding of deal lifecycle management, CRM best practices, and pipeline reporting.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at senior levels.

  • Prior experience delivering on-site consulting engagements in the Middle East or other international environments is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

 

Additional Information:

  • Work Arrangement: On-site in Abu Dhabi for the duration of the mission.

  • Engagement Type: Consulting assignment for 6–9 months minimum.

  • Availability: Must be available to begin on October 25, 2025.
