Enterprise Architect

Role Overview:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a strategic architectural blueprint in alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Process Enhancement: Analyze business structures and processes to identify opportunities for improvement or enhancement through technology.
• Architectural Design: Lead the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide technical architecture based on business requirements and IT strategies.
• Technology Assessment: Collaborate with the Lead Architect to evaluate emerging technologies and tools, ensuring they align with the overall architecture.
• Development Standards: Work with development teams to establish coding standards and best practices.
• Code Quality Assurance: Implement automated code analysis tools to detect potential issues such as code smells, security vulnerabilities, and performance
bottlenecks.
• Infrastructure Design: Collaborate with infrastructure teams to design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure IT infrastructure.
• Security Integration: Partner closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to ensure alignment with the organization’s security policies, standards, and
compliance requirements.

Technical Proficiencies:

• Design Principles: Proficiency in microservices design patterns, including service discovery, circuit breakers, and API gateways.
• Application Decomposition: Ability to break down monolithic applications into smaller, independently deployable services.
• Scalability and Resilience: Understanding of scaling strategies and resilience mechanisms for microservices.
• Programming Skills: Strong foundation in Java programming language, with expertise in object-oriented principles.
• Framework Proficiency: Mastery of Spring Boot for building microservices.
• Cloud Technologies: Experience with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and PaaS services; familiarity with other cloud service providers is advantageous.
• Frontend Development: Proficiency in React.js or similar JavaScript frontend frameworks.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM): In-depth understanding of IAM principles for authentication and authorization, with knowledge of Keycloak as an asset.

Your Profile:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in ICT – BAC +3 or equivalent.
• Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on corporate and business objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional communication abilities.
• Collaborative team player with persuasive abilities.
