Fund Client Representative
This job posting outlines a position for a Client Representative in Fund Promoters at a Registrar & Transfer Agency department in Luxembourg. Opportunity:
•Join a dynamic, client-focused team with a global reach in satisfying clients for Transfer Agency activities.
•Direct interaction with clients and Management Companies, addressing their queries, suggesting service enhancements, and improving Shareholder
Services.
•Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Managing queries and requests from Fund promoters for BAU Shareholder Services Lux.
•Being the primary contact point for clients on BAU Shareholder Services items.
•Attending client meetings, supporting service level reviews, and updating issue logs.
•Monitoring and analyzing Fund Events and Prospectus updates, communicating changes to Shareholder Services, and adapting to changes in setup.
•Involvement in Sub-Fund & Share Classes launches setup.
•Participation in client projects, analysis, support, and ensuring proper communication till completion.
•Reviewing client scorecards, taking action to enhance processes, and facilitating internal discussions.
•Regular assessment of current processes, seeking enhancements through automation, identifying gaps, and aiding in robust coverage process
implementation.
•Supporting Service Level Agreement & Operating Memorandum updates and assisting clients in adopting self-service technology.
•Supporting reduction and resolution of monthly interests and breaks.
•Regular client communication related to SHS operational aspects.
Must-have:
•Post-secondary education in economics/finance or equivalent experience.
•Strong Transfer Agent business knowledge with 3-4 years’ TA experience and ideally 1-2 years in a customer service environment.
•Technical expertise in understanding end-to-end Register & Transfer Agency operating models and business drivers.
•Accountable, client-focused, stress-resistant, individual/independent working attitude.
•Fluent in English and French. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
•Specific knowledge in Outlook, MS Office applications, and familiarity with SARA considered a strength.
Nice-to-have:
•Proficiency in other languages like Italian, German, or Spanish considered a strong asset.
•Flexibility, good time management skills, and organizational awareness.
