Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate several simultaneous IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee project phases including planning, development, testing, environment setup, and deployment.
• Engage actively with development teams, challenging timelines and ensuring accountability.
• Liaise with business stakeholders to align project deliverables with business objectives.
• Track project risks, issues, budgets, and milestones using JIRA.
• Prepare concise project updates and presentations using PowerPoint.
• Ensure clear communication between technical teams, business users, and management.
• Promote a proactive, solution-oriented approach within project discussions.

• Strong IT foundation — preferably with an engineering or developer background.
• Deep understanding of IT project lifecycles, including environment setup and code deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to challenge developers and drive results.
• Experience working within complex, multinational organizations.
• Familiarity with Luxembourg’s financial sector, including investment funds and CSSF regulations, is essential.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills — must be personable, confident, and assertive.
Education & Certifications
• Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) are a plus.
