Junior PMO
We are looking for a motivated Junior PMO to support a major strategic initiative. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop project management skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:
Support day-to-day project operations, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking action items across multiple workstreams. -
Governance & Reporting:
Assist in preparing materials for governance forums and steering committees. Maintain project artefacts and ensure compliance with internal documentation standards. -
Stakeholder Communication:
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support onboarding, budget tracking, and delivery management. -
Documentation & Compliance:
Track project charters, closure reports, and audit deliverables. Ensure alignment with governance and regulatory expectations. -
Support Product Delivery:
Contribute to preparation of business cases, RFPs, and impact assessments.
Skills & Experience

1–2 years’ experience in project coordination, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment.

Familiarity with project governance frameworks and tools (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proactive mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience with regulatory or tax-related projects is advantageous.

Fluent in spoken and written English.
