Junior PMO

We are looking for a motivated Junior PMO to  support a major strategic initiative. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop project management skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination:
    Support day-to-day project operations, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking action items across multiple workstreams.

  • Governance & Reporting:
    Assist in preparing materials for governance forums and steering committees. Maintain project artefacts and ensure compliance with internal documentation standards.

  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support onboarding, budget tracking, and delivery management.

  • Documentation & Compliance:
    Track project charters, closure reports, and audit deliverables. Ensure alignment with governance and regulatory expectations.

  • Support Product Delivery:
    Contribute to preparation of business cases, RFPs, and impact assessments.

Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years’ experience in project coordination, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment.

  • Familiarity with project governance frameworks and tools (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience with regulatory or tax-related projects is advantageous.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
