Role and Tasks
My client who is one of the leading organizations in the utility sector is currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join their team in Malmö with focus on both development, support, and maintenance.
This team focuses on developing applications based on MS Dynamics CRM for the distribution part of the business. It would also involve development tasks for other business area that may also be relevant.
Soft-Skills
Currently, the company is going through an exciting phase due to transformation in their working methods along with the organization which leaves tasks sometimes unclear in how to be solved. Hence, they would be looking for someone that is able to find the way to solve different tasks.
Able to communicate in both Swedish and English would be essential to ensure in smooth communication with various teams and stakeholders.
The ideal person would be someone that is committed to deliver strong work along with being curious to learn new things and willing to share that with the team members to grow together. Therefore, good team player are definitely an essential trait that is able to prioritize the teams goal over individual tasks whenever required.
Experience in working in an agile environment is definitely a plus.
