Contract Opportunity: Municipal Funds Expert – Luxembourg (Big 4 Engagement)

Luxembourg | Onsite | Full-Time | Contract until September 2026

Skillfinder International is hiring a Municipal Funds Expert for a prestigious consultancy project in Luxembourg. This is a long-term contract with one of the Big 4, supporting local public authorities in driving regional economic development through bespoke investment funds.

You will play a key role in helping municipalities design, structure, and implement strategic investment instruments tailored to their local economic needs.

Key Requirements:

• University degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Law, or Political Science

• 6+ years’ experience in fund structuring, deployment, or management

• Demonstrated experience in:

  • Market gap assessments and feasibility studies for public authorities (min. 5 completed projects)

  • Preparing strategic investment documentation for fundraising or deployment (min. 2 completed projects)

• Strong command of English and French (C1 level); German is a plus

• Available to work onsite in Luxembourg through mid-September 2026
