OPERATIONAL CHANGE COORDINATOR / Luxembourg / CONTRACT CDD

What is the opportunity?
Provide high quality service through the management of day-to-day Subject Matter Expert activity and project management. As a successful Operational Change Coordinator, you will ensure a superior level of service is maintained at all times, whilst providing all clients with an exceptional experience in all engagements with the business.
What will you do?
•Lead initiatives to ensure the successful execution of the end to end project management strategy
•Manage and participate to the planning and implementation of special internal and external projects
•Draft analysis (Business Requirement Development), plan, implement and follow-up of internal projects, review and enhance current processes; implement best practices and new features, automate and standardize where possible
•Identify and action synergies between external and internal projects
•Support to strategic, tactical and regulatory projects implementation with the Production Assurance and IT teams
•Coordinate and perform tests in relation with operational change
•Plan and execute projects in order to minimize risk; increase efficiencies and improve quality by ensuring that all projects are delivered on time.
•Experience in Private Capital Services or financial services industry in an operations environment.
•Project management or business analyst experience
•Strong analytical, problem solving skills
•English and French are mandatory, all other languages is an asset
•Risk management and mitigation focus
•Track record of developing and implementing innovation and change
•Technical expertise, ability to understand operating models end to end and business drivers
•Interpersonal and networking skills with a proven track record of dealing with clients, management, colleagues and staff.
•Specific knowledge: SARA, Framework, Multifonds, Milvus, Efront is an asset, project management or BA certification
•Knowledge of SQL, VBA, Access
