Project Manager Infrastructure
Plan, coordinate and execute different projects through the whole company to identify and deliver value in various areas. Reports to the Program Officer
1.Lead and structure strategic and transversal projects through my client by planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
2.Ensure delivery in line with business specifications, time and budget.
3.Build skills across multiple management functional areas
4.Collaborate with project teams made up of people with diverse and complementary skills (internal and external)
5.Manage internal stakeholders, build trust and set expectations.
6.Manager external stakeholders: setting goals and deadlines along the planning, building the relationship.
7.Manage internal and external communication in an effective way.
8.Risk Management: anticipate risks and prepare mitigation actions.
9.Change Management: handle changes through the project by means of the right channels.
11.Statement of Work review.
12.Prepare hand-over to operations.
All the above tasks must be performed in compliance with safety rules, security and in accordance with established rules and processes
•Be holder of a university degree “BAC+5” in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience on a similar position
•Provide a proven experience in Project Management
•Have knowledge and/or experience with project/service management methodologies
•Be able to work on an abstract, conceptual level, while always remaining pragmatic and focused on concrete, tangible results achieved within fixed and realistic deadlines
•Show proven facilitation, communication and presentation skills
•Have excellent organization skills
•Have excellent analytical and synthetic skills
•Demonstrate a strong affinity for a wide range of software applications: MSWord, MS Project, MS Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Jira
•Have an advanced command of standard office applications
•Show excellent communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and written)
•Must provide an effort in the undeveloped language
•Be able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
•Be able to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
•Be accurate, detail oriented and reliable
•Show user skills in the tools used in the program office
