We're partnering with a top-tier international investment bank—renowned for its strategic Asia–EMEA footprint and collaborative culture—to find a driven PMO Analyst to join their Business Change and PMO team in London.

This is your chance to work at the heart of change delivery, bridging finance, legal, and IT teams, and ensuring seamless oversight of Cost Contribution Agreements (CCAs) across complex, cross-border programmes.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and track a portfolio of intra-group service agreements (CCAs) across EMEA projects
  • Oversee governance frameworks, maintain RAID logs, and support audit-ready documentation
  • Act as the key liaison between project managers, IT finance, legal, and tax stakeholders
  • Prepare and onboard new contracts into workflow tools (e.g., iValua)
  • Drive CCA portfolio reporting and produce dashboards with real-time metrics and commentary
  • Promote best practice, quality control, and continuous improvement within the delivery team

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience supporting CCA agreements, legal documentation, or similar governance activities
  • Strong background in PMO/project admin, ideally within investment banking or financial services
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs a bonus!)
  • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Confluence, iValua or similar
  • A sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders across legal, finance, and IT
