Product Owner: Contract role - Luxembourg

Objective:

Define, lead and / or implement IT projects and programs (transversal) in order to find
complex solutions to optimize organizational processes. Lead a DevOps team responsible for
a set of applications in one or more areas defined within the bank. Manage SLAs and
coordinate operational support related to applications managed by the squad.

Responsibility:

• Establish project plans (release, timing, resources, ...) to finalize the project in
accordance with the agreed objectives in line with the client's expectations.
• Report on the progress of the project in order to keep the parties involved informed
of developments in the project.
• Report on SLAs and operational incidents in order to keep business partners
informed of the level of quality achieved for the various applications managed by the
squad.
• Develop and manage the long-term vision of the application under the leadership of
the team.
• Ensure that projects are delivered according to agreed results, within agreed budget
and schedule
• Establish cooperation between different parties in order to finish projects in a
constructive and participative manner.
• Establish cooperation within the team, between team members and solution
architects and with product owners / employees from other teams

Experience:

• Experience with management of applications and projects with approved
commercial or IT domains.
• Experienced manager of one or more squads with between 10 and 20 FTE. Have
experience in project management with responsibility for a budget
• Detailed knowledge of Windows 10 environments (image)
• Detailed knowledge of Citrix environments (OS, receiver, bubble…)
• Citrix upgrade / Cloud
• Citrix Os upgrade Windows 10 / Office 365 integration
• Technical: Itunes, Azure AD, MFA, Wan, Lan, FireWall, routing…
