The Role:

As a Product Owner, you’ll:

• Design and drive innovative end-to-end solutions that enhance their fintech product offerings.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and document customer requirements, ensuring the product meets their needs.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, and coordinate product releases with customers.
• Lead and inspire the development team, ensuring sprint results align with project goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by providing insights during sprint reviews and retrospectives.

What My Client is Looking For:

• Scrum and Hermes methodologies experience.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management.
• Basic understanding of software development principles.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in software engineering OR an ambitious software developer looking to transition into a Product Owner role.
• Hands-on experience in requirements engineering and solution design.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both stakeholders and development teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for developing effective solutions.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
