SAP QM/ PP Consultant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a QM and PP Consultant to join an international team in Switzerland. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager and working within a team of five, this role is pivotal in the maintenance and further development of SAP systems and will play a crucial part in the implementation of the newly migrated S4/HANA system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design processes within the enterprise architecture, collaborating across teams and modules.
- Lead or support decision-making within areas of expertise.
- Take on leadership roles in projects or sub-projects.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Analyze complex business processes and provide appropriate SAP system solutions, identifying, interpreting, and documenting customer requirements.
- Design, customize, configure, and test Quality Management (QM) and Production Planning (PP) processes.
- Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
- Propose business process and system enhancements.
- Continuously adapt and improve systems within Franke's divisions.
Desired Skillset:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an SAP QM/PP Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP QM and PP; experience with S4/HANA and SAP purchasing is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work in a goal-oriented, organized, and proactive manner.
- Excellent communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset and assertive approach.
- Experience working in global teams and an international environment.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps, Jaggaer, or other SRM systems is a plus.
- Experience analyzing and debugging ABAP code is advantageous.
- Comfortable working within an agile framework using user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint releases.
- Self-directed and independent work style.
- Fluent in business English; German language skills are an asset.
