Role Expectations

Mindset and Behaviors:

• Help individuals adopt the right mindset and behaviors.
• Assist teams in embracing continuous improvement.
• Facilitate collaboration within the organization and with Agile teams.


• Prioritize soft skills over hard skills.
• Focus on facilitation rather than solving problems.
• Adapt to the needs of the team rather than strictly following the book.
• Emphasize working as a team over delivering a product.

Team Collaboration:

• Team up with the existing Agile coaches team.
• Integrate two teams and enable their culture.
• Participate in Lean & Agile Office team events regularly.
• Occasionally assist Agile coaches in workshop/training co-facilitation.

Candidate Requirements:


• Team and individual-focused attitude.
• Embrace the Agile mindset and principles.


• Provide positive and constructive feedback.
• Work independently and plan Scrum activities.
• Have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience in non-IT contexts is a plus.
• Have experience with multiple companies, preferably more than one. (Energy sector preferred)
• Able to train in Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile techniques.
• Mastery of various Agile project/product management approaches.
• Strong virtual and physical team facilitation skills.
• Interest in innovation and willingness to experiment with new techniques.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking Process and related methods and tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of UX design/development frameworks is a plus.


• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in German, French, or Dutch is a plus.
