Senior Angular Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Angular Developer to help shape the developer experience in a major insurance organisation’s Platform Engineering team. If you're passionate about Angular, clean architecture, and enabling other developers to thrive, this contract could be your next big step.

Location: Leudelange, Luxembourg (4 days onsite per week)
Contract Type: Freelance / Self-employed consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) portal

• Create and maintain reusable Angular components and libraries

• Support internal teams on migration and upgrades (e.g., Angular version updates, monorepo adoption)

• Document technical decisions and collaborate in a high-cohesion, knowledge-sharing culture

Must-Have Skills:

• Angular 17+, NgRx, TypeScript, CSS

• CI/CD with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes

• Strong understanding of frontend best practices (UX, unit testing, design patterns)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Nexus, SonarQube

• Passion for platform engineering and developer tooling
