Senior Talent Acquisition Officer
Location: Luxembourg | Employment Type: Contract
About the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse business lines, partnering with stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring experiences and attract top talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building strong relationships across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, assessment, offer, and closing.
- Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and selection criteria.
- Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, events).
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles; conduct market mapping.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through timely communication and structured assessments.
- Track and interpret recruiting analytics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, diversity metrics).
- Facilitate interviewer training and coach hiring teams on structured, unbiased interviewing.
- Collaborate with Employer Branding to strengthen EVP and represent the company at events.
- Lead or contribute to TA improvement projects (process optimization, technology adoption).
- Ensure compliance with hiring standards, data privacy, and employment regulations.
- Mentor junior recruiters and promote knowledge sharing across the TA team.
Your Skills
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate advocacy skills.
- Data-driven approach; proficient in reporting and analytics.
- Knowledge of structured interviewing, diversity hiring, and employment law.
- Expertise with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter); proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
