System Analyst, Risk Management

For our client , a global bank based in Luxembourg, we are looking for a SYSTEM ANALYST.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Participate in team planning creation.

  • Accountable for Investment Compliance tool management, reports and processes development and implementation following the defined procedures

  • Accountable for the support to day to day production for activities under responsibilities

  • Maintain system, workflow, processes and procedures up to date

  • Identify issues and problems in service delivery and escalate immediately

  • Documents procedures and client deliverable details.

  • Act as projects owner (initiate, follow-up, project management…)Active participation to regulatory and strategic projects

  • Support/participation to regulatory and strategic projects

  • Incident management

Authorities, Impact, Risk

  • Responsible for the quality of the production delivery and respect of the deadlines. This function has an impact on multiple locations and clients having funds distributed around the world

  • Participation in internal discussion or meeting, in collaboration with the business stakeholders

  • Accountable for the operational performance of the activity under direct responsibility

Experience Required


  • Good knowledge in oriented-object programming

  • Good knowledge of investment compliance and risk management

  • Demonstrate ability to analyze and solve problems

  • Result Oriented

  • Client focused

  • Mandatory English language (written/oral) proficiency


  • Good knowledge of financial products and derivatives


  • Independent, confident, self-motivated

  • Natural ability for working with others

  • Compliant to Rules & Procedures

  • Ability for communication (written/oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrate good knowledge of OOP, VB.net, C#, Visual Studio, Framework .net 4.0, SQL

  • Good knowledge of reference data, data flow and systems for LDC, LNP & LDR

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Good knowledge of MDF & Multifonds

  • Good understanding of Commitment and Coverage methods

  • Familiarity in project management
