Test Automation Officer:
Your Profile:
• Candidates should have experience at least 5 years in testing overall, at least 2 years in agile (ideally scrum) and at least 3 years in test automation.
• They need to have an University degree (Bachelor degree or higher) specifically in an IT oriented field.
• Some previous experience as Business Analyst or Developer or similar could be also an asset.
• Their English needs to be on a good level (oral and written) as it is the primary communication language in Advanzia
• It is important to note, that we offer limited possibility of Home Office (max 1 day per week)
Your Responsibilities:
o Design, plan and implement automation test strategies covering various applications (fronted/backend) and end-to-end workflows for projects and complex business changes.
o Create and maintain automated scripts and test suites by use of the latest scripting techniques and maintain the repository of automated regression tests.
o Administrate all test automation tools, maintain the test ecosystem and ensure consistency of automation test artifacts into the source tool management (Git, SVN).
o Define and design the test automation infrastructure and architecture in alignment with internal IT teams.
o Support the definition of test automation concepts for complex implementation and migration projects.
o Act as member of the test automation community, contribute to the test automation governance and framework.
o Align test automation activities with the Quality Assurance, but also Application Development team members to ensure that test automation is well integrated into the software development process.
o Participate in POCs and prototype initiatives.
o Document test automation activities and report all identified quality issues and defects.
o Support the Quality Assurance Head with general improvements of the QA/Test Procedure.
