Transformation Strategic Project Manager / PMO - Contract role - London/ Remote
Duration: 6 months
Supporting, shaping the delivery of a transformation plan, and execution of strategic activities.
Project management of small projects/PMO support to strategic projects/programmes lead by the transformation leads.
Stakeholder management – briefings, track the progress of project activities and requirements.
Producing reports/documents/presentations – strategic outcomes/updates.
Proactive management of action tracking, risks and status reporting to SteerCo.
Leading on communications and event management for transformation in relation to events/offsites – and providing a supporting role on the development of content.
Day-to-day support for the transformation leads on governance, communication content development and engagement.
Project Management supporting the preparation of Sprint, Design Authority, SteerCo agendas and status reporting.
Management and control of key documents – using One Drive and MS Teams.
Working alongside other members and ensuring alignment on key activities and strategic projects to both share and leverage best practice.
Having the ability to build networks and have strong stakeholder management/engagement with senior members and client-facing staff members.
Strategic thinker – strong in problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
Operating at a manager level – proactive, confident, and having the ability to apply good judgment when necessary.
Experiences in basic modelling/financial analysis/financial terminology.
