Transformation Project Manager

Transformation Strategic Project Manager / PMO - Contract role - London/ Remote

Duration: 6 months
Location: London/Remote

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Supporting, shaping the delivery of a transformation plan, and execution of strategic activities.

  • Project management of small projects/PMO support to strategic projects/programmes lead by the transformation leads.

  • Stakeholder management – briefings, track the progress of project activities and requirements.

  • Producing reports/documents/presentations – strategic outcomes/updates.

  • Proactive management of action tracking, risks and status reporting to SteerCo.

  • Leading on communications and event management for transformation in relation to events/offsites – and providing a supporting role on the development of content.

  • Day-to-day support for the transformation leads on governance, communication content development and engagement.

  • Project Management supporting the preparation of Sprint, Design Authority, SteerCo agendas and status reporting.

  • Management and control of key documents – using One Drive and MS Teams.

  • Working alongside other members and ensuring alignment on key activities and strategic projects to both share and leverage best practice.

Individual:

  • Having the ability to build networks and have strong stakeholder management/engagement with senior members and client-facing staff members.

  • Strategic thinker – strong in problem analysis and problem-solving skills.

  • Operating at a manager level – proactive, confident, and having the ability to apply good judgment when necessary.

  • Experiences in basic modelling/financial analysis/financial terminology.
