UX Designer

UX Designer - Stockholm City Central - Salary Negotiable based on experience

Work with one of Stockholm’s fastest growing game development teams in the creation of some of the markets most innovative AR mobile games.

Skillfinder have partnered with a leading extended reality company who are expanding their game studio in Stockholm.

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer with a demonstrable background within Mobile applications or Gaming. Both would be great!

This is for a rapidly expanding company who specialise in AR/VR & XR technologies who's game studio has just partnered up with one of the worlds biggest media franchises to develop a game that incorporates location based gaming and augmented reality.

Skills/Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience leading UI/UX development within games, mobile applications or an interaction design field

• Experience with problem solving and analytical troubleshooting

• Expert knowledge of UX principles, solid technical design foundation and strong visual design skills within gaming.

• Proficient in 2D art packages such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or After Effects or similar

• A passion for video games and user interface design.

Advantageous Experience:

• Experience with Game production pipelines, design tools and game engines (Unity)

• Experience prototyping UX in Unity or similar 3D Engines

• Confidence in interpreting Game Design

• Familiarity with management tools (Jira or Confluence)Knowledge of 3D UI solutions is a bonus
