Our client within the energy sector requires an Agile Coach to support their team.

Requirements:-

Adopting the Right Mindset and Behaviors:

• Help individuals adopt the Lean & Agile mindset and behaviors.
• Assist teams in embracing continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration between the organization and Agile teams.

Main Mission:

• Act as a sparring partner for the program owner and Agile Chapter.
• Coach, facilitate, train, and support the core change team.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops for shaping and implementing the New Product Organization.
• Coach, train, and support product teams or leaders in their Agile transformation.
• Work in waves, supporting Proof of Concepts (POCs) and rolling out learnings to other teams.
• Ensure consistency and standardization in the way of working across Product Teams.

Team Collaboration:

• Team up with the existing Agile team.
• Actively participate in the Agile Chapter and its development.

Candidate Requirements:

Attitude:

• Team and individual-focused attitude.
• Embrace the Lean & Agile mindset and principles

Skills:

• Provide positive and constructive feedback.
• Work independently and plan coaching activities.
• Have at least 3 years of dedicated Lean/Agile support experience.
• Experience in non-IT contexts is a plus.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking Process and related methods.
• Ability to train in Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile techniques.
• Mastery of various Agile project/product management approaches.
• Strong team facilitation skills.
• Interest in innovation and willingness to experiment with new techniques.
• Knowledge of UX design/development frameworks is a plus.

Languages:

• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in German, Dutch, or French is a plus.
