Business Analyst ECMS - Contract in Luxembourg

Within the framework of the ECMS project, driven by the ECB, manage and produce requirements documentation for timely implementation of all ECMS workstreams.

Mainly focusing on Collateral Management, Corporate Actions, and Billing.

Tasks include:

1. Evaluation of existing business processes and identification of required change within the defined scope, according to AMI-SeCo collateral management harmonisation standards.
2. Liaise with product management, operations, compliance and legal to ensure feasibility or proposed changes.
3. Production of business requirements documentation.
4. Leading review cycles, ensuring watertight feedback incorporation and response process, conducting any required meetings and presentations to facilitate.
5. Tracing of scope forward to requirements and vice versa.
6. Contribution to other associated tasks as required.

Mandatory skills and experience

•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis, preferably within a programme
•Experience in the Financial Industry, especially Custodian / CSD / Central Bank
•Knowledge of Collateral Management and Corporate Actions
•Knowledge of SWIFT and SWIFT message content
•Exceptional analytical skills and ability to distinguish change and determine acceptable solutions
•Firm understanding of document management discipline including the concept of baselining and change control, even within an agile environment
•Understanding of the meaning of quality and how to achieve it
•Excellent communication skills, written and oral
•Familiarity with waterfall and Scrum
•Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Visio
•English required. French and German would be an asset

Optional skills

•Knowledge of AMI-SeCo CMH and ECB’s ECMS Project
•Knowledge of ISO20022
•Experience in prior Clearstream projects preferred
