Business Analyst (Multifonds Global Investor Release & Test Management)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to manage the Multifonds Global Investor Release and Test Management processes. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Luxembourg,. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with strong expertise in Multifonds and test management.

Key Responsibilities:

Release Management:

- Oversee and manage the Multifonds Global Investor Release process, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure all release activities are planned and executed effectively.
- Track and document release progress, resolving any issues that arise during the process.

Test Management:

- Lead and manage the test management process for Multifonds Global Investor, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, ensuring all scenarios are covered and tested thoroughly.
- Identify, document, and track defects, coordinating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

Business Analysis:

- Act as the primary point of contact for business analysis related to the Multifonds Global Investor platform.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable test cases and plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on release and test management activities.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input, discuss progress, and resolve issues.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

- Ensure all release and test management activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Implement best practices for quality assurance, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Qualifications:

Experience

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with a strong focus on release and test management.
- Proven expertise in managing Multifonds Global Investor releases, with hands-on experience in test management.
- Familiarity with the financial services industry, particularly in transfer agency operations.

Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Multifonds Global Investor, with the ability to manage complex release and testing processes.
- Proficiency in test management tools and methodologies, with experience in defect tracking and resolution.
- Ability to create and manage detailed test plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all scenarios.

Language Skills:

- Fluent in English (mandatory), with strong communication skills both written and spoken.
- French language skills are a plus but not required.

Educational Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
