Client Connectivity Officer - Luxembourg
Testing assistance on the implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting Banking connectivity products.
The type of tasks is diversified, the focus will be on supporting internal testing:
- Testing Connectivity media to ensure access to our system’s infrastructure.
- Assisting user in finding a solution in case of Connectivity problems.
- Analysis of Testing data for managerial purposes.
- Producing analysis on Testing volumes and usage of the tools
- Contribution to operational model concepts, documentation of concept
Mandatory skills and experiences:
- Experience in the financial sector
- Client focused and Team player
- High problem-solving skills
- IT literate with data analysis knowledge
- Pro-active and able to work independently
- Task prioritization
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
