ECMS Test Manager



Test Manager required for leading Overall Test Strategy, Creation of Test Plans, Preparation, Execution and Reporting as required for a ECMS project based in Luxembourg. This is a long term rolling contract for one of Luxembourgs most reputable financial organisations. The Ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience within Test management. It would be ideal if the candidate within a Custodian/ CSD or a central bank.

Key skills;

• Significant experience of management of client testing and providing the face of the business in this regard. Ability to present, written and verbally, to large audiences
• Knowledge of Collateral Management and Corporate Actions
• Knowledge of SWIFT and SWIFT message content
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to distinguish change and determine acceptable solutions
• Understanding of the meaning of quality and how to achieve it
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral (Fluent English essential, French and German is an advantage)
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Scrum project delivery methods
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Visio
