Experienced Fund Paralegal role



You will be responsible for a range of duties that support the effective functioning of the AIFM team.

Your tasks will include:


1. Organizing and Holding AGMs:
• Play a key role in organizing and conducting annual general meetings of shareholders for domiciled funds.
2. Corporate Formalities and Filings:
• Manage filing obligations with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RESA) and handle other corporate formalities post-AGM.
• Physically file and electronically save corporate documentation for domiciled funds and bank contractual documentation.
3. Auditor Support:
• Prepare and provide auditors with necessary corporate documentation for domiciled funds.
4. Communication Management:
• Dispatch incoming mailings and communications and organize outgoing mailings and couriers.
• Electronically file various documents with the RCS, such as annual reports and changes to the composition of the Board of Directors.
5. Office Management:
• Order furniture and office supplies online.
• Handle migration in/migration out processes, listing and call back of archives, as well as sorting and coordination of documents.
6. Archiving:
• Coordinate with the internal archives service for proper archiving.
• Prepare files to be archived and ensure proper organization.
7. Task Execution and Support:
• Perform noncomplex tasks related to file follow-up under the supervision of a team member, based on workload availability.

Must-Have Requirements:


• Substantial experience in Luxembourg Real Estate/Private Equity Funds and domiciliary activities, including corporate secretarial services.
• Knowledge of Luxembourg Investment Fund regulations and Luxembourg Commercial Companies Law impacting investment funds.
• Basic understanding of alternative funds operational services.
• Mastery of MS Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
• Client-centric attitude.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Ability to handle a significant workload with a high level of accuracy and productivity.
