Java Developer, Prague - Global Financial Organisation - €285+ Per Day - AMQP, Cloud, AWS

3 Month contract (with the opportunity to extend) with a day rate of over €285, plus a modern office layout, including an innovation lab and casual attire.

Key skills -

Extensive knowledge of Java, JBoss, Linux, SQL, Github, Bash & Python Scripting.
Working with a world-renowned, financial organisation, we are looking for highly motivated, deadline-driven Java Developer to work in prestigious modern offices in the centre of Prague. Their offices are kitted out with an innovation lab and casual attire.

Desirable Skills:

Messaging (AMQP or similar), developing cloud native and 12 factor applications, Kubernetes, AWS, OpenShift, GitHub and/or CircleCI, Scripting in bash or python Scripting, Google Web Toolkit.

You will work within a small team comprising and be a key player in broad range of development activities including:

• Develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve internal software

• Work with business analysts and other teams on implementing new features

• Work with the technical maintenance team during user acceptance tests

• Manage your own project priorities, deadlines and deliverables

We expect that you will already have significant experience in a similar position and within Financial Services would be a plus.
