Real Estate Valuation Specialist - Contract - Luxembourg (On-site)

We’re hiring a Real Estate Valuation Specialist to join one of our leading alternative financial services clients in Luxembourg. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced valuation professional to contribute to a high-impact project within a well-respected organisation.

Start Date: ASAP or early January
Contract Duration: 3–6 months (with potential for extension)
Location: On-site in Luxembourg City
Language: English required

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for reviewing and challenging valuation reports prepared by third-party appraisers across a range of asset types, including residential, office, logistics, retail, and hotels. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in real estate valuation methodologies and be comfortable applying standards such as the RICS Red Book.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate valuation

  • Strong knowledge of valuation standards (e.g. RICS) and methodologies (e.g. discounted cash flows)

  • Experience reviewing third-party appraisal reports across asset classes

  • Fluent in English

  • Based in Luxembourg or able to work fully on-site
