Business Analyst with the change management and customer readiness background

Tasks include:

•Evaluation of existing business processes and identification of required change within the defined scope.
•Liaise with product management, operations, compliance and legal for the impacted changes.
•Production of various operational and member readiness documentation.
•Leading review cycles, ensuring feedback incorporation and response process, conducting any required meetings and presentations.
•Coordinating with internal and external parties to set up of operational processes and static data.
•Contribution to other associated tasks as required.

Mandatory skills and experience

•Experience in the Financial Industry, especially Custodian / CSD / Central Bank and CeBM activities.
•Experience with operational/org. readiness activities
•Knowledge of SWIFT and SWIFT message content including ISO20022 standards
•Hands on knowledge of ECBs Target 2 and T2S platforms
•Exceptional analytical skills
•Experience with Cash management and Treasury activities.
•Excellent communication skills (written + oral) and presentation skills
•Very good documentation skills and experience of updating various customer Handbooks, Manuals, Guides.
•Deep knowledge of operational process and communication of new processes/changes to the impacted operational departments.
•Experience with customer E2E testing in the simulation environment and query resolution.

Optional skills

•German language proficiency would be an asset
