Role

Assist a third-party risk management and sourcing acquisition teams in the coordination, tracking, and reporting of deal deliverables:
• Support work to assess incoming contract inventories and create a mapping to a vendor program (Third-Party Integration Playbook)
• Maintain, track and report on the status of vendor segmentation plan (vendor treatment plan) – SmartSheet maintenance
• Maintain, track and report on actions for sourcing contracts; work with business stakeholders, legal – SmartSheet maintenance
• Work with cross the acquisition teams – information share, status updates, query responses
• Work with stakeholders – requesting/obtaining data/information, query response (under manager guidance)
