Our Global Financial Organisation client, based in Canary Wharf, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Windows Support & Network Engineer.
KEY Skills:
Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and related technologies, such as; Dell EMC hardware, Windows (2007- 2016), Microsoft server applications (Exchange, SQL, IIS, Hyper-V, WSUS, SCOM, Lync), VMWare (Server and Horizon VDI), MS Office 2010, Cisco
Your role will be utilising your experience and expertise to help manage, upgrade and maintain Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
Tasks will include;
- Providing 1st/2nd line support to help the systems help desk
- To train and support internal users.
- Updating documentation, system architecture diagrams, procedures & contract documents and renewals.
Please note shift work is required.
